We've seen many hosts come and go, all offering amazing deals and specials, yet everyone that has failed has lacked consistency; this is Hostmonsters strongest point.

They will never let you down, and is the number one reason they are still growing exponentially. The way Hostmonster is currently going, it is going to take a lot for another host to knock it off it's number one spot!

There's nothing worse than not being able to resolve a problem on your website and typically this usually happens during very important times. We've never had this problem with Hostmonster, as you will see below, so we've had to make up "queries" for them and we have never been left disappointed. In fact, they were extremely prompt to give us first hand advice on every "problem" we've had and they did not regurgitate knowledge base articles. And what we love most is that their call centre is all in-house! Nothing is outsourced.

As we have mentioned before, our test site (which is completely anonymous to Hostmonster) is still up and running. Our testing server has reported barely any downtime in 2 years! Yes, we too still find this hard to believe, especially in the shared hosting department. But it just goes to show, as part of Hostmonster's unsaid policy, to do everything right. They do not over share their servers and do not skimp on their hardware!

The only thing that we can fault cPanel on is the fact that it is a little slower than other opensource platforms, but the ease of use and quick response times of Hostmonster's servers make it an absolute breeze to use. From this control panel, you will be able to manage your email accounts, domain names and all your database administration, to name but a few.
